DOUGLAS GALLAGHER CPRIS FOUNDER
Doug Gallagher was the founder of Gallagher Financial Systems, an enterprise software development company that provided mortgage and consumers solutions to some of the top Mortgage and Consumer lending banks in the world: JP Morgan Chase, Citicorp, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo Bank, Australia New Zealand Bank and U. S. Bancorp were among Doug’s clients.
In July of 2008, Doug sold Gallagher Financial Systems to Wipro, a NYSE listed, Fortune 50 company, based in Bangalore, India.

He was the past President of the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation at the University of Miami School of Medicine.
Doug Gallagher and his wife, Princess Thi-Nga of Vietnam, own Poetic Moon Estate and Vineyards, a Winery on Howell Mountain in Napa Valley, California. They also reside in Coral Gables, Florida.
Doug Gallagher is the founder of CPRIS, CoronaVirus Pandemic Response for International Survival, an international non-profit organization, in formation, with the mission to promote preventive measures against global Pandemics.
